Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility

About the Role
As a Financial Controller at Pearl Talent, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. You’ll be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, reconciling accounts, and generating insightful reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting: Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank deposits, and payroll processing.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
- Bookkeeping: Reconcile bank statements, verify invoices, and maintain a clean general ledger to ensure accurate financial data.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives and strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide valuable insights.
- Organization: Maintain a well-organized bookkeeping system, ensuring all records are properly filed and accessible.
- Compliance: Assist with tax preparation or work alongside our tax professional to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-Based Client.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
