This position pays between $56,800 ā $108,900 based on experience
ā
We are growing our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, adding an analyst to help empower our teams to consistently make well-informed decisions for our business. This individual will play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting as well as partner with various teams to create pro forma financial models for various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of Ensembleās business and its data. This individual will be able to extract the most relevant information from various systems (Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI), and translate it into useful recommendations for leadership.
Additionally, this Analyst will partner with Operations leaders and work closely with our Strategy, Accounting, and Analytics teams on a daily basis. If you possess both exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, and can use those skills to drive successful outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
This role will be remote and will report to the AVP of FP&A. Quarterly travel will be required.

Job Responsibilities:
Play a critical role in the creation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
Collaborate with business leaders to inform revenue and expense estimates and create pro forma financial models that accurately forecast business performance and financial results
Work independently and regularly handle non-routine ā¦
