Director – Global Oncology New Assets

The Director of Global Oncology will be a role responsible for supporting financial planning and Analysis of the New Assets including Heme portfolio, Opevesostat, Welireg, KRAS and TROP2. Will work extensively with the New Assets leads as a key business partner. This person will establish processes and provide support for key governance meetings relating to commercial forecasts and assumptions. This role will lead all BD support for ongoing assessments with HH organization. This role will provide insights and analytics to support business decisions while we continue to grow the oncology across all regions with New Assets launches

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Financial Support to the New assets Leads as required

  • Support Global Planning for LROP, Aug FC and Budget (e.g., Financial guidance, management presentation, templates and Financial Calendar)

  • Governance Meeting Preparation: Support the Commercial team in the preparation of materials and financial analysis for LDRC and HHPAC meetings. Ensure that all financial models, assumptions, and data are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate effective decision-making during these meetings.

  •  Ensure alignment with HH International, HH Global CoE and Forecasting Team on the responsibilities of each of the New Assets

  • Continue to build on relationship with our research labs and assist in study prioritization

  • Liaise with Forecasting CoE to gather granular tumor details for both LROP and Budget cycles and ensure proper variances explanations

  • Support EGTM across Commercial new assets

  • Assist in the development of materials for Senior Leadership

  • Provide Ad Hoc support as needed to marketing team as well as Tally and Impairment if any

  • Ensure alignment on closing activities as well as background information to support variances

  • Manages 1 direct report

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • BS/BA in Finance, Business or Economics or MBA concentration in these areas

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience that includes at least 7 in finance related roles

  • Strong Analytical, communication, organizational and collaborations skills

  • Must be able to deliver high quality results under tight timelines

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior management

  • High motivation and strong customer focus

  • Quick learners and ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • Solid Knowledge of our Company's Financial tools

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • SAP and BPC Experience and strong Excel and Power Point

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:

$149,400.00 - $235,100.00
