**You will primarily be servicing the Lake Charles, LA area. On occasion, there may be an opportunity to travel to additional locations throughout LA.**

What Will You Be Doing?

• Be the equipment hero! Troubleshoot, fix, and keep things running smoothly for customers.
• The go-to tech guru for all customer questions and support.
• Set daily goals and make sure installs and maintenance run like a well-oiled machine.
• Keep inventory on point and knock out reports like a pro.
• Team player mode: activated! Always ready to jump in and help the squad.

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
• Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
• Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.

Nice-to-have's:

• Casino experience is a plus!

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour and overtime eligible.
