Job Title: Field Sales Team Leader
Salary: £30,000 base salary, £2,400 annual car allowance and fuel card
Commission: Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to 60k)

By refining your sales expertise, you'll not only enhance your ability to lead but also build the confidence and strategic mindset of a true leader. As a Field Sales Team Leader, you will be instrumental in driving team performance and achieving sales targets in your designated territory. You will lead a team of up to 6 field agents, coaching and developing them to provide exceptional first class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities for various products.
- Mentor and support team members to achieve high performance.
- Act as a liaison between your team, management, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively address challenges and devise solutions to meet targets.
- Spend 4 days per week in the field developing leads and enhancing team skills, with 1 day reserved for administrative tasks working from home.
- Assess individual team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor team results and report weekly statistics to management.
- Manage a team of up to 6 field agents across the territory you are responsible for.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 18+ months of field sales experience and managing a territory
- Strong lead generation background
- Minimum 6 months of experience in team leadership (preferably in B2B sales or lead generation within the utilities sector).
- Exceptional resilience and ability to overcome challenges.
- Strong communication skills for relationship-building with team members and customers.
- Self-management and accountability in driving results and team motivation.
- Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance suitable for business use, with access to a vehicle (monthly car allowance and fuel card provided).
