We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join the team! You will own planning and executing field marketing programs and events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, customer teams, and external partners to create impactful experiences that connect with our target audience.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute field marketing programs, including events, trade shows, and localized campaigns.
  • Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Own lead generation strategy for North America in-person events, and execute tactics to meet goals at each event. 
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop event messaging and branding.
  • Track and analyze event performance to measure ROI and optimize future initiatives.
  • Build relationships with industry partners and sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand presence.
  • Own end-to-end promotional campaign management and execution for in-person events.
  • As needed, attend in-person events to work the booth, oversee onsite campaigns, and be a resource for sales reps in attendance 

 

You should have

  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing
  • A proven track record of executing successful events that drive engagement and business results.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events and field marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Asana as a project management tool is a plus
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus

The national pay range for this role is $100,100 - $133,333. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

The anticipated closing date for this role is March 27, 2025.
