Field Inventory Coordinator

Summary:
The Field Inventory Coordinator will assist with processing transactions in order validation, order entry, resolving issues, and developing ad hoc reports. This role will support the execution of processes and operational activity to enhance service levels and supports revenue growth, operating margins and driving a culture of customer service excellence. In this role, you will communicate directly with field operations, internal partners to pursue and resolve issues related to order requests above regular replenishment needs, backorders, allocation items. You will also assist sales in set quotes and biologics cycle counting supporting our supply partners. Overall, the Field Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective fulfillment of products above replenishment needs and drive a process which meets the needs of the business.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer excellence and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Act as the primary interface between Hub team members to support daily inventory needs for surgical demand.
- Communicate order status effectively, resolve order issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain high service levels.
- Foster positive business relationships by responding promptly and courteously to stakeholders' inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a constructive and cooperative attitude in the workplace, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Provide support beyond standard hours when order volume or workload requires additional time.
- Keep accurate records of field operations interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Manage backorder reviews, consolidate open orders, and coordinate the release of backorders to maintain inventory accuracy and par levels.
What You Need:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service, data entry, account management, or relevant experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Supply chain experience
- JDE 9.0/9.1 experience
$24.54/hr. - $43.79/hr., plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
