Feed Integrations Analyst

The Role:

Garner is seeking an Analyst to join our Feed Integrations team. In this role, you will implement and support the eligibility and claims data feeds that power Garner’s product.

As an Analyst, you will leverage technical skills (e.g., file testing, mapping, and error reporting), as well as project management, communication, and expertise in healthcare data to ensure seamless integrations. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact with health insurance carriers, TPAs, benefits administrators, and internal stakeholders like the account management team.

This is a mission-critical role—Feed Integrations handles data that is vital to the success of Garner’s customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of eligibility and claims data feeds
• Lead multiple implementations simultaneously and contribute to internal workflows, ensuring integrations meet high standards for quality and timeliness
• Work directly with feed providers (e.g., health insurance carriers, TPAs, and benefits administrators) to gather requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues
• Perform detailed data analysis and error reporting to ensure the accuracy and quality of integrations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., account management, legal, engineering, and product teams) to ensure seamless and efficient integrations

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• 3–5 years of experience working with healthcare data (e.g., eligibility and claims reporting files) and data integration technologies (e.g., EDI, SFTP, encryption, file mapping)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to engage effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders
• A high level of detail orientation, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness
• A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
• A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

The target salary range for this position is: $70,000–$90,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
