WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage Master Service Agreements with assigned channel partners, ensuring alignment on pricing schedules, marketing programs, and contractual terms.
  • Drive profitability by proposing comprehensive solutions that span the full portfolio, including AV integrations, unified communications (audio/video/data), and managed/cloud/on-premise solutions.
  • Present end-to-end solutions to customers across various verticals (global, healthcare, government, etc.), supporting the channel in delivering AV integration, maintenance services, and managed offerings.
  • Engage with key channel accounts nationwide to drive sales growth, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with local teams to determine when to involve internal resources for network design, RFP responses, quoting, and complex sales cycles.
  • Execute joint marketing initiatives to promote the company’s solutions, building brand awareness and channel buy-in.
  • Develop and manage detailed business plans in partnership with channel partners to align sales targets, strategies, and growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (monthly and quarterly) with channel partner teams to track performance, share insights, and refine strategies.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for channel partners, ensuring comprehensive understanding of the company's product and service offerings.
  • Assist with partner pricing and quoting to ensure competitive and accurate proposals for all products and services.
  • Support RFP/RFQ processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, providing business development updates, progress on sales initiatives, and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure CRM is up-to-date, accurately reflecting sales activities, forecasts, and partner interactions.
  • Perform Other duties as assigned

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

Must-Haves:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of professional business development experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement local market strategies, lead complex operational and strategic initiatives, and manage both short- and long-term priorities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and oral) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 

Nice-To-Haves:

 

  • Experience in Unified Communications/Audiovisual preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
  • Familiarity with AV or other electro – mechanical systems a plus
  • Experience operating in a multi-state and/or complex matrix business environment is desirable

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
