Facility Operations Field Integration Program Lead

Facility Operations is looking for an experienced operations leader with demonstrated large scale strategic deployment and customer service skills to drive the integration of processes and tooling to address challenges related to the operations, maintenance, and modernization of Meta’s data center physical infrastructure. The position will operate at both a strategic and tactical level to ensure proper deployment and upkeep of FacOps tools and processes. The FacOps Field Integration Program Lead is responsible for driving the integration of processes and tools within the Facility Operations team, in collaboration with the FacOps Field Leadership. This leader will collaborate with many teams throughout the Facility Operations organization, leading strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless implementation of new technologies and processes across facility operations. This position reports to the Technical Lead Manager, Facility Operations Process and Tooling Integration.Facility Operations Field Integration Program Lead Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the integration of facility operations processes and tools related to operations, maintenance, and modernization of data center physical infrastructure. Collaborate with FieldOps Leadership to drive strategic initiatives and improvements.
• Process Improvement: Utilize data and in-depth operational experience to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvement projects.
• Tooling Integration: Coordinate the implementation, training and integration of new tools and technologies within the field operations team. Ensure that tools are effectively utilized to support operational goals and improve performance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including FieldOps, FacOps, IBOS, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure successful project execution and alignment with all organizational priorities.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the field operations team. Mentor and support team members in adopting new processes and tools.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to facility operations integration, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of integration efforts. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Travel as needed to support field operations and project implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in critical operations, including 4+ years in large-scale critical operations
• Proven experience in facility operations, process improvement, and project management.
• Proven leadership, customer service and communication skills, with the impact to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in implementing and integrating new tools and technologies within an operational environment.
• Proven experience in problem solving and driving change in a complex organizational setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global organization with wide-ranging teams across all business units in the organization..
• Knowledge of industry best practices in facility operations and process integration.
• Certification in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma).

$133,000/year to $190,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
