Your role in our mission

  • Manage deployments through Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate and Power BI administration
  • Administer and manage premium capacity Power BI workspaces and apps in cloud environments
  • Provide guidance and expertise to resolve technical issues and manage platform challenges
  • Has significant, current knowledge of cloud-managed services for data warehousing/analytics in Microsoft Azure/Entra
  • Evaluate and drive platform efficiency for large-scale deployments
  • Experience automating deployments using PowerShell in Power BI
  • Perform complicated analyses to extract learnings and drive insights to improve BI reporting
  • Understand, articulate, and convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Mentor junior level developers 
  • Work with key business leaders to ensure alignment of business and technology
     

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of Azure/Entra BI admin experience in enterprise reporting solutions; healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, and delivering reporting solutions using these tools.
  • Skilled in incorporating advanced Power Platform features, embedded analytics, automated deployments in PowerShell
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, code promotion, version control, QA procedures, peer reviews, and creating technical documentation.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and technical, with the ability to address both technical and non-technical audiences, project management experience in an Agile environment.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
