Overview
LMI is seeking an Experience Research Designer to lead total customer experience research projects. The candidate will lead small teams to design, facilitate, and synthesize the research.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative experience research projects from inception to completion
- Set research scope appropriately and integrate into the broader context of the research plan
- Have an expert level understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and recommend appropriate research strategy
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and engagement
- Produce research artifacts including personas, task analysis, paint point documentation, workflows, and journey/service maps
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver & communicate relevant research findings that resonate with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Masters in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or other related field(s) or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in Experience Research field
- Specializes in multiple quantitative and qualitative UX research methods
- Ability to collaborate and work across teams
- Superb interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, independent and self-motivated, and results-oriented
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong leadership in the integration of experience research into product designs and design practices
- Strong data analysis and experimental design skills
- Expert understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process
- Strong demonstration of driving impact through research
Target Salary: $119,646-$211,140. Disclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
