We are seeking a talented Expense Specialist to join our team. This position can be fully remote.

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day review for accuracy of employee expense reimbursements
- Day-to-day review of employee-related company purchasing card transactions
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and relevant laws and regulations
- Assistance with the collaboration of expense report follow-ups
- Generate reports for expense report status, and spending when needed
- Assist in educating users on expense policies and proper documentation, including receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation
- Stay updated on the latest laws and regulations for FAR/IRS audits
- Assist with reimbursement payroll processing and reconciling monthly credit card reconciliation
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field and/or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in expense management for review and processing and administrative experience
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills and Microsoft Teams
- Expense policy knowledge
- Knowledge of expense software and tools, such as VantagePoint Expense Keeper
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
