Work Conditions
- The offer is inclusive of an Internet allowance.
- Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
- 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday.
- You'll be required to work during PH holidays.

About the Role
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager based in the UK, we are looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional verbal and written English skills and strong presentation abilities. The role involves active participation in client meetings and internal discussions to document minutes accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and drafting minutes for client and internal meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents with a keen eye for detail and professionalism.
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, fostering strong communication channels.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience & Software
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on Western business etiquette.
- Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability.
- Experience in architecture, planning, office supplies, or related is a big plus to have.
