We are hiring a Director, Strategy & Growth to drive the success of EverPro Edge, a reward and learning program designed to empower contractors to save, learn, and grow. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy for EverPro Edge, driving the go-to-market motion, fostering cross-functional collaboration across teams, and improving business growth and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the EverPro Edge program, aligned with company-wide objectives and priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation, and goal attainment for EverPro Edge
- Regularly report program performance to EverPro senior leadership and escalate deviations from plan
- Partner with business development teams to launch and grow partner relationships, ensuring a strong ecosystem of rewards and incentives
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and prioritize product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market requirements
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, providing strategic guidance to ensure competitive positioning and performance
- Drive business case development and forecasting for new partnerships and product features, in concert with Finance
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 10+ years experience, with a proven track record of launching new products, driving revenue growth, and improving customer engagement and adoption
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with partners to achieve shared goals
- Excellent program management skills and ability to manage complex initiatives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- Proven ability to develop and grow partnership programs
- Strong executive presence, with effective communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SMB and/or home services industry is a plus
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $160K to $190K USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
