Your Primary Objective
To optimize, measure, and refine our sales, customer onboarding, and customer success processes, ensuring that our systems, teams, and workflows drive maximum efficiency, improve conversion rates, and increase customer satisfaction.
Summary of Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimization – Track and refine the entire sales funnel, ensuring smooth lead progression, conversion efficiency, and optimal resource allocation.
Customer Onboarding Tracking & Enhancement – Ensure seamless handoff from sales to onboarding, monitor activation rates, and identify bottlenecks in the customer setup process.
Customer Success Process Optimization – Work closely with account managers and customer success teams to measure engagement, retention, and expansion motions.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with sales, marketing, data teams, product, and customer success teams to ensure streamlined and transparent processes.
Sales & Success Data Analytics – Build reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key sales, onboarding, and customer retention metrics.
Process Automation & System Efficiency – Identify gaps in existing workflows, improve automation where possible, and ensure CRM and reporting tools are optimized.
Performance Measurement – Track efficacy of all sales, onboarding, and customer success motions and drive insights that lead to continuous improvements.
Playbook Development – Standardize and document best practices for sales and customer success operations to drive consistency and efficiency.
Forecasting & Capacity Planning – Work with leadership to ensure accurate sales and customer success forecasting based on historical data and performance trends.
Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in the payments industry, preferably in a payment operations role.
Deep experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, track KPIs, and translate insights into process improvements.
Exceptional project management skills—able to track multiple workflows, initiatives, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience in sales funnel management, customer onboarding tracking, and success/retention optimization.
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple departments.
Comfortably working with data teams to develop tracking mechanisms and ensure reliable reporting.
Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset and a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies.
Where: Denver/Remote, Colorado. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
