What you’ll be doing:

You'll partner with our brand team to maintain consistent identity across all events, using data from past gatherings to inform future decisions. Working closely with the events director and wider marketing team, you'll lead structured brainstorming sessions to innovate our event experiences while ensuring measurable attendee engagement.
 

  • Planning & Execution: Execute Tinuiti sponsored, earned, and owned events; assist with all facets of event planning and logistics, ensuring flawless execution to deliver exceptional speaker and attendee experiences. Taking charge of event logistics, you'll manage everything from venue selection to day-of execution. You'll use Wrike to keep all moving parts synchronized, from timeline management to resource allocation. Your keen eye for detail will ensure smooth operations, from registration systems to promotional strategies.

  • Vendor & Partnership Management: You'll build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating competitive rates and managing contracts. Working alongside our partnerships, sales, and I&G teams, you'll create frameworks for collaboration that drive mutual success. You'll maintain a database of preferred vendors and venues, using past performance data to make informed decisions.
