The Events Marketing Lead will execute everything from large, tentpole tradeshows to small executive experience programs. In this role you will have the opportunity to play a key part in building a center of excellence for a hyper growth startup. This is a highly operational role that requires you to be thorough, great organizational and people skills â while also bringing creativity and strategy to the role. You will not only need to effectively manage the execution of identified deliverables for each event but also manage overall team processes that help propel Spring Health events forward.Â
What youâll be doing:
- Strategizing and Executing Diverse Event Campaigns. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for a wide range of events, from high-impact tradeshows to exclusive executive programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand messaging.
- Driving Innovation and Best Practices. Lead the charge in introducing fresh ideas and industry best practices, setting clear, measurable objectives to ensure the successful delivery of all event-related initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- End-to-End Event Management. Oversee all aspects of third-party event participation, including sponsorship âŚ
