Base Salary: €85,000 - €95,000

Work Structure: Remote (with up to 50% travel)

Now, we’re looking for a European Channel Manager to help us continue to deliver on our promise and play a critical role supporting our International Sales Director. The purpose of the role
The European Channel Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the distribution network in the European Channel.
Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Selecting and managing distribution partners
- Evaluating their performance
- Ensuring that products or services reach end customers efficiently and cost-effectively executing the sales strategy for the area.
The role will involve expanding and optimising our distribution network, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer and Key Opinion Leader relationships.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically Distribution Channels, experience in the medical equipment sector, and a deep understanding of the distributors in the markets they manage.
Experience and Knowledge:
- 2 + years B2B sales experience, specifically working with distribution channels.
- Previous experience within the medical equipment sector OR Previous breast cancer surgical sales is preferred however not a strict requirement.
- Previous Line Management skills preferred however not a strict requirement.
- Product or Procedural knowledge required.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Language Skills - good written and verbal command of English (Native or Bilingual, this is non-negotiable)
- Excellent numeric skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High self-motivation.
Abilities and Skills
- Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory (UK and Europe) to meet frequently with distributors/customers and other decision makers.
