The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:
RTX launched oneRTX focused on leveraging the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity, and performance. The oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential.
The intent of oneRTX: PST is to harmonize processes, tools, and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform – SAP’s S/4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks to enable all employees to focus on value-add activities. With processes optimized and harmonized, we can leverage our scale so teams across RTX can share resources, leverage talent seamlessly and identify efficiencies. We will reduce cost and effort and improve performance as we break down silos and establish consistent ways of working.
The Lead to Cash workstream is a comprehensive end-to-end process that handles the complete cycle of order management, from receiving request for proposals to finalizing the payment and close out. It is designed to optimize and integrate various functions within an organization to streamline and enhance the efficiency of managing customer transactions.
This role leads activities to enable strategic initiatives, establish program framework for process design and decision capture, and drives the launch and execution of blueprinting activities.
What You Will Do:
Drive business process for the Order to Cash workstream in the following focus areas: proposals, contracts, pricing, order management, invoicing, accounts receivable and/or customer management.
Align Program Management Priority Initiative with the business unit leads.
Partner with Digital and business units to evaluate and implement SAP and other tools that complement/enhance process optimization.
Partner with workstream leads in the business units to analyze recommendations for blueprinting to enable strategic goals identified in Global Design.
Maintain Business Process Hierarchy.
Maintain project plan for assigned responsibilities.
Lead planning activities to establish scope, timeline, and resource plan for the assigned lead to cash business processes.
Drive the execution of blueprinting activities inclusive of defining global process designs, standardizing metrics and reporting, designing common information model, building global template and testing for readiness.
Partner with business units and system integrator to plan and execute activities for the various phases of the project.
Ability to travel ~ 25%-40%
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
Experience with large scale system implementation project.
Experience with SAP, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and other applicable software.
Familiarity with the lead to cash business process such as proposals, contracts, pricing, order management, invoicing, accounts receivable and/or customer management.
Ability to communicate with parties within and outside of own function.
Ability to influence others to accept job function’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
Ability to communicate with executive leadership.
Effectively manage multiple activities concurrently.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Cross-functional knowledge of multiple work areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Knowledge of SAP integration between record to report and order to cash.
Familiarity with critical hand off points between order to cash and plan to deliver.
CORE or equivalent (ie. Six Sigma) and project management expertise.
