Prior experience supporting clients with Epic access and security is required. 

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 months

Duties:

• Work directly with the technology team in support of Epic system access and security requests.
• Review assigned tasks, clarify as needed, and respond quickly with solutions. 
• Comply with client standards, processes and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other IT group members and end users to ensure optimal application functionality. 

Skills & Experience:

• Current Epic Certifications.
• Strong experience with getting up to speed quickly.
• Strong experience working remotely.
• Demonstrate detail knowledge base and senior level skills in Epic security related practices.  
• Ability to work as a team member and in stressful environments.
• Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate highly developed communications and negotiation skills to effectively work with all levels of management.
• Ability to understand and deal effectively with problems and opportunities, which arise, in a complex multiprocessing environment is crucial.
• Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Experience with and demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
