Job Description SummaryThis role leads the Product Management responsibilities for the Enterprise Acquisition Offerings in the United States and Canada (USCAN). Responsibilities include pricing, product launches, coordination across key stakeholders and the overall portfolio strategy. This leader represents the region needs and pivots to SBU, Service, Finance, HFS, Controllership, Legal, Marketing, Enterprise Sales and Global Product Leaders.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

· Growth, Strategy, and Offerings Execution

·  Employ market research, industry trends, voice of customer, market share, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence and price realization to develop offerings strategy and development of market leading enterprise acquisition offerings.

· Work cross-functionally and horizontally to design, develop & test, commercialize, operationalize and continuously evolve the enterprise acquisition offerings.

· Commercialize new offerings in collaboration with global including development of configurations, quote descriptions, and pricing in coordination with Lead Business Integrators.  Partner with Marketing on Value Proposition refinement and Learning & Development on sales enablement training.

·  Lead NPI offering evaluation contracting and management (ME/pilot sites for product rollout / product pivot).

·  Work horizontally with Service, Supplies & Accessories, and Healthcare Financial Services to develop, evaluate and launch new region-specific commercial offerings (i.e. subscription models).

· Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.

· Liaise with Enterprise Operations to provide technical support for RFPs.

· Lead headquarters customer visit planning (including virtual visits), presenting offerings portfolio and roadmap presentations in partnership with global modality.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, finance, sales, engineering or related field.

· Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy.

· Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.

· Excellent oral and written communications skills

· Strong analytical and process skills

· Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams.

Desired Characteristics

· MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

12+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing, finance, or related field

· Experience leading and developing teams

· Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding

· Healthcare product/industry acumen Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

· Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $129,008.00-$193,512.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
