Enterprise Account Coordinator

Raptive for Enterprise is seeking an Enterprise Account Coordinator to join the team that supports Raptive’s largest publishers. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mentality, a basic understanding of programmatic advertising, and a strong desire to learn about the digital ecosystem. 

The Enterprise Account Coordinator will assist in account management and troubleshooting, monitor and communicate performance updates, and support growth and efficiency initiatives. They will contribute to Enterprise Account Management and Solutions goals and report to the Enterprise Sr. Account Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, client relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:

Day-to-day Account Management

  • Serve as a client resource, addressing their needs with guidance from senior team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service by suggesting performance-enhancing opportunities, managing expectations, and sharing actionable data insights.
  • Assist the performance team in identifying ad layout optimizations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating with internal teams and communicating different requirements.
  • Provide reporting access and assist with dashboard walkthroughs, explaining data with support from senior team members.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and maintaining records in SalesForce, Asana, and Confluence.

Support and Coordination

  • Communicate with clients through email, Slack, and video conferencing tools.
  • Stay informed about internal product releases and help identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Monitor performance trends for clients and report significant changes internally.
  • Help prepare Business Reviews and assist in presenting them to client decision-makers.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to Raptive for Enterprise executives.

  • Develop expertise on industry-relevant topics and present to internal stakeholders.
  • Follow industry insights and understand macro and micro trends.
  • Gain both analytical and customer relationship skills while deepening your understanding of the advertising industry.

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • History of strong customer service and relationship management.
  • Analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and present data, with basic knowledge of data analysis tools.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to effectively organize and prioritize time and tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and apply learnings to new situations.
  • Sound judgment, logic, and a sense of humor.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of the digital media industry and ad operations is a plus.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
