Job Description
This position is responsible for being able to understand and can apply more complex leveled consulting methodology. Responsible for supporting the implementation of consulting projects through in-depth research, data analysis and recommends potential solutions. May lead simple projects or process design efforts.Key Responsibilities
• Gives and receives constructive formal/informal coaching and feedback based upon observed and/or recorded performance.
• May train peers and colleagues.
• Presents facts and information regarding project details, alternative suggestions to negotiate mutually acceptable solutions where there are opposing ideas.
• Ensures successful completion of projects.
• Considers broad policies and professional standards when making recommendations about business practices regarding current projects that will simplify, automate, streamline business processes that will improve business outcomes in the areas of; Accounting, Printing, Imaging, Transactional Processing and Call Services.
• Gathers and analyzes business and stakeholder requirements. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures.
• Demonstrates understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes and requirements.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $47,440.00 - 81,902.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
