Job Description
This Team Leader will provide research support, troubleshooting, process improvements and data analysis duties of the Enrollment Services Support team. Responsibilities include servicing problems with the highest level of escalation and difficulty. Additional responsibilities include: partnering with vendors and enrollment tech partner platforms, assisting as an Enrollment Technology Support SME for cross functional internal and external calls, assisting with process improvements and trending and analysis. This person will be expected to develop a near-technical level understanding of Allstate Benefits enrollment and processing related technologies to ensure superior customer service and timely resolutions can be provided.Key Responsibilities
• Identify and implement process and technology opportunities which will improve the business model, service offering to customers and drive internal efficiencies
• Remediate system issues affecting downstream processing
• Establish, document and maintain SSO integrations through Allstate controlled technology
• Direct/Lead the effort to identify and resolve complex problems
• Assess technical/process impact of making complex business changes
• Support enrollment strategy planning initiatives with Field Sales Leaders and participate in finalist presentation meetings
• Collaborate closely with internal business areas, field sales distribution, implementation, finance, compliance, underwriting, new business, customer service and IT, to effectively recognize and solve case level enrollment strategy issues and corporate initiatives
• Configure EDI parameters for AB production files
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job has supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
