Engagement and Lead Generation Coordinator
United Kingdom - Remote
Full-time, permanent position based in the UK (remote).
Salary: £35,000 (depending on experience) plus profit share.
Industry: Education and Software, with a focus on medical and health professional education.
This is a pivotal role in supporting event campaigns for our busy international schedule, working initially with the marketing team on event logistics and set-up and then following the campaign through with the business development team to manage pre- and post-event lead nurturing and generation by providing relevant and targeted supporting marketing collateral across all the regions that risr/ works in. International travel is an option for meeting with in-region teams and for global events.
Responsibilities:
- Event communications: Collaborate with the in-region marketing lead/business development people to create and schedule communications for internal and external events.
- Event registrations: Coordinate event registrations for risr/ team members attending external events and customer registrations for risr/ hosted events.
- Event setup: Carry out event space and required equipment bookings.
- Event collateral: Ensure the production and distribution of print materials and giveaway items for events.
- Events portal: Create and maintain clear and detailed event information in the risr/ CRM.
- Community: Plan and deliver internal events, such as risr/ user groups and community days for risr/ customers across all regions in collaboration with the customer success teams.
- Lead data: Managing the data from leads in ActiveCampaign.
- Team newsletter: Collate content for and deliver the regular risr/ team newsletter.
- Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to coordinate nurturing campaigns that support the Business Development and Marketing drives. Carry out pre and post-event campaign activities.
- Engagement: Use the risr/ CRM and ActiveCampaign to provide metrics for customer and prospect engagement.
Requirements
Preferred experience
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, events or an associated role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a demonstrable ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Detail-oriented with proven organisational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles, techniques and best practices.
