Employer Engagement Resourcer - Restart

Full Time, Permanent

Location: Homebased role but will include regular travel to different sites

Salary: £26,000 + Benefits 

 

 

We are currently recruiting for a Resourcer to join our team at Restart, The Employer Engagement Resourcer will provide effective support to Serco’s Employer Engagement team delivering the Restart Scheme as well providing support to Restart participants and the Employers they work with via telephone, email and face to face.

 

The role will be home based with requirements to travel for face-to-face meetings, employer visits and interview days. The candidate can choose between our Birmingham and Cardiff site.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • To deliver consistently high levels of customer service when communicating with participants, Employers, and our supply chain partners.
  • To conduct quality pre screens / initial assessments and to identify skills to appropriately match Restart participants to vacancies.
  • To provide constructive feedback to participants and partners at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Understanding employer processes to support the Employer Engagement Manager and updating the CRM system with vacancies.
  • Arranging participant interviews in line with EEM/employer requirements.
  • Data capture and database management.
  • Manage Employer relationships to a high standard
  • Work towards set targets, deadlines and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Day-to-day email and phone contact with participants, Employers and supply chain partners
  • Contributing to team responsibilities including writing job specifications, supporting on events, training courses and completing tracker forms
  • Undertake additional duties as may be reasonably required, commensurate with the level of responsibility within the area.

 

 

 

What you’ll need to do the role: 

 

  • Experience of working effectively within a customer service or sales environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality customer service
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, target orientated environment.
  • Experience of using database systems to input data accurately
  • Strong verbal communication skills and good influencing skills.
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Attentive to detail, ensuring all relevant data is captured accurately
  • Ability to use own initiative, working independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach to work
  • Takes a professional approach 
  • Maintains high standards of quality and accuracy, with an attention to detail
