Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EH&S Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will implement and optimize SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enhance business operations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EH&S solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes related to EH&S.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide technical and functional support for SAP EH&S applications, including incident management, regulatory reporting, and hazardous materials management.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure the successful deployment and performance of SAP EH&S solutions.
• Facilitate training and support end-users to ensure effective use of SAP EH&S modules.
• Monitor regulatory changes and updates, ensuring the SAP EH&S system complies with relevant laws and standards.
• Prepare documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals. Manage a team responsible for package software application development.
• Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals.
• Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to team members.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Facilitate collaboration with other departments and teams.
• Identify and address project risks and issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years with SAP EH&S, including hands-on experience with module configuration and implementation.
• SAP EH&S certification or equivalent training.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in a related field.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.

• Strong understanding of EH&S processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in leading SAP EH&S projects from conception to deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in integrating SAP EH&S with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD).• Proven experience in leading software development projects
• Technical knowledge in package applications
• Effective communication and leadership skills

Work Environment:

• It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 40%
• This role does not provide visa sponsorship now, nor will in the future.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.
