A Little Bit About the Position
Drive growth, build relationships, and make an impact as an Account Manager at Gemini Legal!
At Gemini Legal, we are dedicated to providing ethical, high-quality legal support services to attorneys across various fields of law. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our client base within an established territory. Your day-to-day will involve building and maintaining strong relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and promoting our industry-leading products and services. You’ll leverage your expertise in business development and value-based selling to achieve sales quotas while delivering exceptional customer support.

- Location: Remote (plus regular travel throughout the East Bay territory)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Compensation: $75,000-$99,000/year
- Travel: Position requires 90% of travel within the East Bay territory, with 10% travel (1-2 times per year) to other parts of California.
- At least five (5) years of business development and/or sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration (preferred)
- Previous legal industry experience or knowledge (preferred, not required)
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills, including proof-reading, syntax and grammar
- History of meeting or exceeding company sales goals through teams and as an individual
- Strong self-management aptitude with the ability to perform independent work and team collaboration
- Appropriately utilize resources within the department and cross-functionally
- Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, data analytics and Google Apps management, including the use of spreadsheets for sales data analysis
- Lean business principles, flowchart processes and value stream mapping and understanding a plus
- Valid California driver’s license, good driving history and current auto insurance
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation, to include
- Lifting, bending, standing, climbing or walking while carrying out assigned duties
- Sitting for at least one hour at a time (total: 4-6 hours/day)
- Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total: 2-4 hours/day)
- Using a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 3-5 hours/day)
- Sitting and/or driving for extended periods of time, up to 4-6 hours in a day and up to 250-300 miles per day
- Traveling to and from law offices <15 minutes at a time, multiples of times throughout the day
- Attend after hour events and weekends (2-3 times a month)
