About the Role:

We’re looking for a Director/Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to implement, execute, and report on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound campaigns to fuel our growth engine. You’ll report to the VP of Growth and Demand Generation; collaborate with sales, business development, product, content, and customer marketing teams; work closely with business priorities and focus; and align with the strategic growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building high-performing, programmatic ABM campaigns consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs, including both inbound and outbound tactics to meet pipeline goals in key account segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy multi-channel outbound and ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution. Lead regular campaign planning sessions and represent the Marketing team, collaborating with Sales on targeted outbound campaign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales and marketing) to align on and build key accounts lists within our ICP (ideal customer profile).
  • Assist in driving our outbound qualification engine.
  • In partnership with sales and marketing, deliver on quality as well as quantity of opportunities, keeping a close eye on win rate, AOV, and pipeline attainment.
  • Forecast and manage ABM campaign ad spending; have an efficiency mindset and the ability to pivot, test, pause, or double down.
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis to drive ABM strategies and identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure outbound assets and enablement tools are finalized and aligned with launch objectives.
  • Support communication across sales and marketing teams, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of outbound efforts.
  • Own and optimize intent data tools and sources. Monitor, optimize, and project manage the prospecting dashboards to ensure SLAs are met, create a feedback loop with key stakeholders, and execute updates in a timely manner.
  • Report and monitor success metrics for the outbound marketing channel, and identify critical improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain a library of snippets and templates for sales outbound prospecting.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in B2B Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Programs, or Sales Development.
  • Experience using appropriate software (Demandbase, 6Sense, etc.) to activate ABM campaigns.
  • CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting.
  • Be a strategically focused self-starter with high initiative, critical thinking, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration capabilities to partner with stakeholders and teams across the organization (marketing, sales, lifecycle, and product) to build high-impact outcomes.
