Lead the Digital Front Door for CoreWeave
At CoreWeave, we’re powering the next wave of cloud computing—designed for AI/ML, VFX, and HPC workloads. The website is our most powerful platform to tell that story, drive pipeline, and deliver a seamless customer experience. We’re looking for a Director of Website Strategy & Experience to own and execute our global website roadmap, driving business impact through a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
This is a high-visibility role ideal for a digital expert who thrives at the intersection of UX, web performance, SEO, and conversion optimization, and who can lead complex, cross-functional projects without direct reports.
What You’ll Own
Website Strategy & Roadmap Execution
- Define and drive the website strategy, aligning with brand, product, and demand generation goals.
- Own the execution of roadmap priorities—from content and UX improvements to CMS migrations and infrastructure enhancements.
- Act as the central point of contact for the website across functions (marketing, product, engineering, legal, design).
User Experience & Optimization
- Lead user experience audits, usability testing, and accessibility reviews across CoreWeave.com.
- Propose and implement UX enhancements in partnership with design and dev teams using tools like Figma, Hotjar, or FullStory.
- Drive a mobile-first, fast-loading, intuitive experience for all users—developers, enterprise buyers, and partners.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Plan and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments on landing pages and key user flows.
- Partner with demand gen and content teams to optimize CTAs, forms, and messaging to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Report out on test results, performance metrics, and recommendations for continued iteration.
CMS & Web Platform Ownership
- Serve as the subject matter expert on our CMS (e.g., AEM, WordPress, Contentful)—building, editing, publishing, and QA'ing content as needed.
- Partner with engineering or external agencies to manage technical upgrades, bug resolution, and release cycles.
- Own documentation of web processes, workflows, and CMS governance to ensure efficiency and consistency.
SEO & Analytics
- Own and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy—including technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and schema.
- Use GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and funnel performance to guide prioritization and measure ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with brand, product marketing, demand gen, and design teams to deliver site updates, new pages, campaign launches, and product refreshes.
- Act as a strategic partner in cross-functional meetings, providing website insights, requirements, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, and IT teams to ensure the site meets global privacy, security, and accessibility standards.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience in website strategy, UX, digital marketing, or web production in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven success managing large, content-rich websites and executing roadmaps across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Hands-on CMS expertise (AEM, WordPress, Contentful, etc.) and comfortable owning builds and updates directly.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, SEO best practices, and performance optimization.
- Experience with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Sharp eye for UX and design consistency, and ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
