JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Opportunity...
We are seeking a Director of Treasury to lead and oversee all aspects of our global treasury operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company’s financial stability, optimizing cash flow, and managing financial risks. This role also oversees inter-company financial relationships and exposures, ensuring seamless global cash management and compliance with transfer pricing policies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate treasury, financial risk management, and inter-company transactions.
What You'll Do...
· Develop and execute a comprehensive global treasury strategy to optimize cash management, liquidity, and working capital.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to align treasury goals with corporate objectives.
· Oversee daily cash management operations, ensuring optimal utilization of cash resources.
· Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
· Manage relationships with global banking partners, ensuring access to competitive financial products and services.
· Negotiate credit facilities and support debt issuance activities.
· Design and implement policies to mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.
· Oversee inter-company financing structures and cash movements across global entities.
· Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and inter-company lending agreements.
· Monitor foreign exchange exposure related to inter-company transactions and implement risk mitigation strategies.
· Partner with tax and accounting teams to streamline inter-company settlements and reconciliations
· Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
· Collaborate with finance leadership to assess capital structure, financing needs, and potential investment opportunities.
· Provide recommendations on capital allocation to support strategic growth initiatives.
· Drive automation and optimization of treasury processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
· Monitor industry trends and recommend best practices in treasury operations.
Who You Are...
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
· 5+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Experience in a publicly traded company, with knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory requirements.
· Strong understanding of global cash management, banking operations, and capital markets.
· Proven experience managing debt facilities, foreign exchange hedging, and risk management strategies.
· Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
