Are you a rising leader in the pre-sales world, ready to take charge of a high-impact role at a fast-growing technology company? Seeq is looking for a visionary Director of Solutions Consulting to lead and develop our pre-sales function from the ground up, driving both strategy and execution as we expand our market presence.Â
This is a leadership position focused on building and managing a high-performing team of solutions consultants. Your primary role will be to mentor, guide, and develop your team to ensure they deliver top-tier technical expertise, while you provide strategic direction and support. Youâll oversee the creation of methodologies, best practices, and assets that will define the pre-sales approach at Seeq, ensuring consistent delivery of value to our customers.Â
At Seeq, we are revolutionizing how organizations analyze and optimize their industrial data, and as Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the way we engage with prospective customers. While youâll set the vision, your team will handle much of the day-to-day execution, including demos, presentations, and technical consultations. You will work closely with the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and insights needed to engage clients effectively.Â
In this role, youâll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and engineering, providing feedback from the field to help refine and evolve our software offerings to meet the ever-changing market needs.Â

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Â
- Lead and oversee the delivery of tailored product demonstrations and presentations, guiding your team to showcase the features and benefits of Seeq's solutions compellingly and strategically.Â
- Provide strategic leadership in customer engagements, working with prospective clients through your team to understand their challenges and ensuring Seeqâs value proposition is clearly articulated.Â
- Drive the gathering and analysis of market requirements and client needs, guiding both your team and product development to influence roadmap decisions based on real-world feedback.Â
- Serve as a key liaison between sales and product teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment on technical aspects, while you oversee the collection and integration of customer feedback into the product development cycle.Â
- Lead the training and development of sales staff, providing high-level guidance on technical and product-related matters, and empowering your team to support the sales force effectively.Â
- Direct competitor analysis and industry trend research, ensuring your team positions Seeq effectively within the market, staying ahead of the competition âŚ
