Aryaka is leading the transformation of secure enterprise connectivity through its Unified SASE platform. As we scale globally, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Director to lead our Revenue Operations support across Sales and Customer Success. This strategic role ensures accurate order management, seamless operational support, and alignment across Finance, Legal, IT, and Go-to-Market teams.
About the Role
As Sales Operations Director, you’ll oversee a team that serves as the operational backbone of our Sales and Customer Success organizations. You’ll drive global consistency across quoting, order processing, renewals, billing accuracy, and system utilization. You will be a trusted business partner to leadership, providing insights, process discipline, and scalable solutions to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Lead and mentor the Sales Operations team to deliver best-in-class support for deal execution, order accuracy, and customer lifecycle operations.
- Customer Success Support: Partner with the Customer Success team to streamline renewal workflows, expansion opportunities, and customer retention operations.
- Order & Revenue Management: Ensure timely and accurate order processing, revenue recognition, and alignment to quota and billing systems.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and GTM leadership to optimize sales processes, automate workflows, and ensure policy compliance.
- Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement improvements to enhance sales and customer success operations at scale.
- Enablement & Systems: Drive adoption of sales tools and systems (including Salesforce), promote best practices, and ensure data quality across the pipeline and post-sale funnel.
- Governance & Documentation: Maintain clear, centralized documentation of operational policies and processes.
- Reporting & Metrics: Deliver operational insights, KPIs, and dashboards to support forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and business decisions.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Operations, or Revenue Operations—ideally in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing operations teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and order management systems.
- Experience supporting post-sale motions including Customer Success, renewals, and expansions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities with discipline and urgency.
- Proven track record of cross-functional influence and process improvement.
Compensation: Base Salary up to $175,000 + Bonus + Equity + Benefits
