As the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing sales performance, and enabling our sales teams to achieve ambitious goals. You will oversee the Sales Operations team and collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, and other cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive revenue growth.

Here is what you'll do as part of the team:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency, aligning with company objectives and market trends
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Operations team, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and goals
  • Drive the development and maintenance of sales models, metrics, and territory management strategies to optimize sales performance and maximize revenue
  • Proactively identify insights from sales data and trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations for sales leadership and key stakeholders
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of accurate reports and dashboards, enabling sales leaders to make informed decisions and respond effectively to market challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market potential, identify expansion opportunities, and support strategic decision-making for entering new industry verticals or markets
  • Champion change management initiatives by designing and implementing strategies that enhance adaptability and buy-in across the Go-To-Market team, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Provide guidance and support for quarterly and annual sales planning activities, including the preparation and delivery of specific sales data and insights
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the sales organization

Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be successful:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, sales finance or related roles within a tech company or fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
