About the Role:

CoreWeave is entering a vital phase of planning for continued growth. After achieving significant revenue increases in the past two years, we are now enhancing our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Revenue Operations to support sustained growth. As the Manager/Director of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate closely with our Sr Director of Revenue Operations, VP of Sales and GTM leaders to refine and execute our GTM strategy across various elements such as sales, partnerships strategy, operational processes, analytics, and tooling.

In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner to the GTM functions, managing Sales & Post-Sales Operations and Enablement teams. You will help establish improved processes for goal-setting, forecasting, reporting, and tooling, and work cross-functionally to ensure that CoreWeave’s GTM teams are well-equipped to surpass their targets. This is a crucial position where your contributions will directly influence CoreWeave’s growth and customer engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with GTM Leaders to convert go-to-market strategies into actionable plans, manage goal attainment, and implement enhancements to playbooks, processes, and tools.
• Oversee and expand CoreWeave’s Sales Operations & Partner Operations team to bolster the GTM strategy for present and anticipated growth.
