This position will play a key role in our Foodservice Digital Organization, leading key strategic partnerships, initiatives and capabilities helping to propel our organization along the digital evolution further and faster. This role will develop, lead and execute strategic initiatives across digital platforms while simultaneously accelerating Coca-Cola associate digital acumen.

What You’ll Do for Us

Digital Capability & Partnership Development

  • Collaborate with leading and emerging restaurant technology companies to develop differentiated growth capabilities for Coca-Cola restaurant partners.
  • Leverage knowledge of external digital partner landscape (i.e. restaurant tech.) to identify unique and scalable activation opportunities.
  • Continuously scan the marketplace to identify, evaluate, pilot and pursue new digital capabilities and solutions.

Coca-Cola Restaurant Customer Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Coca-Cola FSOP customer teams to develop strategic plans with leading restaurant customers -driving traffic, trial and awareness that results in value created for Coca-Cola customers and brands.
  • Directly engage as the digital SME with Coca-Cola foodservice and on-premise customers to drive enhancements and growth for digital ordering channels.
  • Support strategic restaurant customer digital growth execution – collaborating with customer digital team to identify & prioritize opportunities and then creating solutions to deliver progress against stated goals.

Digital Planning & Strategy

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. brand, Integrated Marketing Communications, customer teams, etc.) to deliver integrated value programs and activate with external media agencies and vendor companies.
  • Support annual planning and resource allocation processes to right-size investments across digital opportunities.

Associate Digital Acumen

  • Partner with North America Commercial Capabilities organization to develop internal digital acumen - building knowledge, accountabilities and full system integration to drive value and profitability.
  • Conduct custom research, based on prioritized customer opportunities, to develop industry-leading knowledge and best practices to win the digital occasions and maximize digital capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Media, Digital/Tech or similar
  • Experience with digital strategy/execution and technology platforms, particularly with or for restaurants
  • Track record of building and developing collaborative relationships to extract value and drive growth
  • Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with teams, and work under pressure
  • Strong communication, project management and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Location - Virtual (US based)

Travel - Approximately 25%

Pay Range:

$153,000 - $175,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
