Due to growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Director, Program Management Growth & Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for driving the success of our Growth and Lifecycle Marketing programs, including ownership of nurture strategy, growth program strategy and rollout, and ongoing operational excellence within the Growth organization.   The perfect candidate is flexible, strategic, and meticulous, able to juggle overarching planning with practical implementation.  You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, creative, and product teams to deliver impactful initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and measurable success. This role requires technical fluency, the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable business strategies, and the agility to pivot between executive-level presentations and in-depth data analysis.  This director will lead a nibble team of Marketing Automation, Project Management, and Growth Operations. 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $168,200.00 to $188,200.00 exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions

Strategy Development and Execution of key Growth and Lifecycle programs 

  • Own the end-to-end user journey strategies and craft comprehensive plans to engage across the lifecycle 

  • Operate as Business Owner of strategic programs supporting Growth (e.g. employee client referral, strategic referral programs, etc.) 

  • Serve as Lifecycle Marketing subject matter expert, providing consultation and best practices across the company 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase Growth and drive upsell opportunities within the existing customer base 

  • Establish and monitor key metrics to assess the effectiveness of expansion initiatives, fostering continuous improvement 

  • Establish credibility at the C-Suite level and gain consensus on strategic initiatives 

    Oversee operations support for various marketing tech stack solutions to ensure we have the right tools, data, and infrastructure to scale, communicate, and measure results.

    • Supervise the ongoing operations and administration support for standard marketing tools (e.g. distributed marketing, marketing automation, video management, project management, etc.)

    • Coordinate processes and perform ongoing process (re)-engineering, technology development and optimization

    • Oversee technology roadmap in collaboration with Growth Product Manager; ensure integration and widespread technology development with measurable impact; resolve all technology problems

    • Ensure that all product issues are resolved in a timely, efficient manner, identifying root cause and devising permanent corrective action

    • Help identify system & data enhancements to improve sales and marketing efficiency

    Team Management and Development

    • Lead nibble team of Marketing Automation, Project Management, and Operations professionals to efficiently manage and execute Growth and Lifecycle programs

    • Drive team toward the achievement of the department and cross functional objectives.

    • Provide oversight and work direction for team members

    • Coach, mentor and develop team through career development opportunities; set goals, write performance reviews and provide regular feedback

    Education/Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, financial services, marketing or related field; Master’s in Business Administration, preferred

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in business and marketing strategy 

    • Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience 

    • Expertise in data analysis and tracking performance metrics 

    • Robust leadership and organizational skills 

    • Strong ability to build and cultivate strong relationships 

    • Superior project management and organizational skills 

    • Strong oral, written and presentation skills 

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

    • Knowledge of broker-dealer and investment products preferred 

    • Software: Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Bookings 

    • Willingness to travel up to 10% 

    WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as a individual contributor is $142,600.00 to $213,900.00
