We're looking for an experienced Director, Product Specialists - Zero Trust Networking to join our Take Off team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Specialists - Zero Trust Networking, in this role you will:
- Lead, mentor, set goals, and measure performance of the team.
- Partner with sales leadership and customers to design, create, and present business solutions to increase customer revenue growth.
- Participate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leader (conferences, forums, seminars)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in-line with customer expectations, acting as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Give feedback on behalf of the customer to the product team for development or enhancements.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering
- 5+ years experience managing and directing a team
- Experience selling network security technologies (SDWAN, routing and switching, HTTP and web related technologies, proxies, caches, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPN's)

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
