The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Procure to Pay Global Process Owner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The Global Process Owner plays an integral role in streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of business operations. By closely monitoring performance metrics and collaborating with various departments, the candidate ensures that the organization’s standards are met and that continuous improvement strategies are in place.

 Here, you will make an impact by:
• End-to-End Process Ownership: Design, maintain, and govern the Procure to
Pay process taxonomy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
and integration across transactional purchasing and payment activities.
• Process Standardization and Compliance: Develop and enforce standardized
policies, procedures, and systems across regions, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• ERP Integration Leadership: Collaborate with IT and project teams to integrate
and optimize Procure to Pay processes within ERP systems, ensuring readiness and seamless deployment.
• Governance and Continuous Improvement: Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and SLAs, leveraging tools like automation and process mining to drive improvements and cost savings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Technology Enablement: Partner with the Global PtP Operations Leader, Procurement Leaders, and BPO teams to ensure
cohesive service delivery, implement enabling technologies, and support change management initiatives

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the
following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (10) years of job-related experience.

 OR

  • High school/GED AND fourteen (14) years of job-related experience.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Operations or process management
• Expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes, including procurement and accounts
payable.
• Experience leading change initiatives including ERP implementation and
integration within a global organization.
• Proven ability to design global processes within a GBS or shared services
environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management in procurement and finance
operations.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
