We're looking for an experienced remote Director of Sales Operations to join our Global Sales Development team. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales Development, you'll:
- Collaborate with Sales and marketing operations to define and set quotas, build territory plans, and design strategies that align with sales and marketing goals.
- Improve the speed and quality of MQL follow-up, ensuring the team achieves the best standards with immediate engagement and increased touches per lead.
- Improve operational excellence by enhancing team processes, systems, and tools to increase productivity and scalability across global Sales Development teams.
- Develop and manage reporting tools to track goals such as MQL follow-up rates, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Ensure that Sales Development uses the right tools effectively (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Drift), overseeing the integration and management of these systems to maximize team efficiency.
- Lead operational planning for territory mapping and headcount allocation to ensure the Sales Development team is aligned with market opportunities and growth projections.
- Refine processes around sales engagement and pipeline creation, to ensure the team is working in a data-driven and structured way.
- Create alignment and execution of pipeline generation strategies, ensuring that sales development efforts directly contribute to revenue goals.
- Lead projects designed to improve the quality of the pipeline, ensuring that Sales Development is generating high-quality opportunities that convert into revenue.
