We are looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to be a critical strategic partner to transform our sales team's capabilities through innovative training, advanced technology, and data-driven insights. You will bring deep expertise in healthcare and B2B sales, with a proven ability to design comprehensive enablement programs that not only equip our team with the right skills and knowledge but also drive measurable improvements in sales performance and organizational alignment. You will seamlessly integrate cutting-edge learning strategies, technological solutions, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate our company's growth and market leadership.

This is a full time position, the salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 depending on level of experience and geographic location, plus a 15% annual company bonus.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Drive Strategy: Develop holistic sales enablement strategy aligned with revenue goals. Establish a comprehensive performance measurement framework and create metrics and KPIs to track enablement effectiveness.
  • Own Onboarding and Continuous Training: Design comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires as well as creating learning programs for sales teams at all levels
    • Design training modules covering: Product knowledge, Sales methodologies, Customer interaction strategies, Industry-specific insights (e.g., healthcare), Compliance and regulatory training
  • Content Development: Produce high-quality sales collateral including competitive cards, product positioning materials, sales playbooks, technical product documentation, customer case studies and success narratives, etc.
  • Spearhead Sales Enablement Technologies: Evaluate and implement sales enablement platforms, as well as integrating with CRM systems. Additionally, develop sales technology training and adoption strategies, including creation of digital learning repositories
  • Drive Performance Management: Conduct regular sales team skill assessments, identifying and addressing skill deficiencies including providing actionable feedback
  • Enable Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with teams throughout Carrum including: Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership. Support product launch enablement efforts, ensure consistent messaging across teams and provide market/competitive insights to appropriate teams

We’re excited about you because…

  • 8-10+ years of sales enablement experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs, including a deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies and strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using sales performance data, including experience with data analytic and visualization tools
  • Advanced proficiency in sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Showpad, Brainshark) in addition to CRM system expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot) as well as Learning Management System (LMS) experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced certification in Sales Enablement (CSE, LSSE) preferred
