Compensation: $170K - $200K Base Pay + Equity + 401k Match

About this role

As the first Director of Product Marketing at ReflexAI, you will be instrumental in creating the market identity of our products. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and creative strategy to craft and implement marketing campaigns and materials that distinctly communicate our products' value to our target audiences across sectors including crisis response, healthcare, public safety, and education. By weaving together insights from market research, customer feedback, and the latest marketing trends, you'll refine our go-to-market strategies, ensuring they resonate with both our current and potential customers. Working in tandem with teams across product management, sales, and customer success, you will champion the articulation of our product's benefits, distinguishing our offerings from others.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, including messaging, positioning, and value proposition development
  • Conduct market and landscape analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with the product management team to gain a deep understanding of product features and benefits, and translate technical details into customer benefits
  • Create compelling and engaging content such as case studies, product videos, website copy, and blog posts to articulate the benefits of our products to the marketplace
  • Work closely with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and training for effective selling, including sales presentations, product demos, and competitor insights
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, and adjust plans accordingly to ensure goals are met
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in product marketing and introduce innovative marketing tactics and tools
  • Oversee the work of external firms contributing to ReflexAI efforts to ensure their work is high-quality and high-ROI
  • Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned

Requirements for a great fit

  • Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) within marketing, sales, or related fields
  • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in B2B product marketing, ideally in the contact center or quality assurance sectors
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies and campaigns that drive product growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies using leading tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate clear and compelling product messaging and value propositions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects from conception through execution both with a team and as an individual contributor
  • Creativity with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
