Fingerprint is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to shape our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. This critical role is perfect for someone passionate about translating complex technical offerings into clear, impactful narratives that drive business results. Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure our products resonate with diverse audiences and achieve commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft inclusive, compelling messaging that highlights the value of Fingerprint’s products to a wide range of audiences.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct research to inform product differentiation, identify opportunities, and guide market strategies.
- Product Launches: Lead impactful product launches that align teams and drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Content Creation: Develop a variety of resources, such as product datasheets, customer stories, and educational materials, to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Enablement Materials: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create tools that enhance product understanding and adoption.
- Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback and insights to influence product roadmaps and refine messaging.
- Leadership: Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing team to deliver on strategic goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent work experience (MBA or advanced education is a plus).
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven success in crafting product messaging and launching go-to-market strategies that appeal to diverse customer bases.
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and understanding a variety of buyer personas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
- Experience in pricing, packaging, and positioning technical products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development and mentorship.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with device intelligence, fraud prevention, or related industries.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments, with a focus on scaling product marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Asana—or similar platforms.
Compensation Range
$160k - $230k For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
