About the role:

Settle is expanding its reach in the consumer brands sector through strategic partnerships with leading software platforms like Finaloop, Cin7, and thought leaders like RangeMe, With Coverage and Crstl. As the Director of Partnerships, you will lead and expand our partnership efforts, driving collaboration and integration initiatives that enhance distribution and stickiness of our cash flow management solutions for e-commerce and retail companies.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategize and Oversee Partnerships: Develop a clear strategic plan for each partnership, including integration roadmaps, co-marketing campaigns, and mutual growth targets, ensuring a seamless experience for mutual customers.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for partners such as Finaloop, Cin7, Crisp, and others, nurturing relationships and negotiating terms that favor both Settle and its partners.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Settle's engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align on partnership goals, technical requirements, and market launch strategies.
  • Drive Technical Integrations: Oversee the technical integration of Settle's platform with partners, improving functionalities like API integrations, ensuring our solution offers superior performance and user experience.
  • Market and Promote Collaborations: Coordinate with partner marketing teams to design and execute marketing initiatives that promote the partnership and drive user adoption and engagement.
  • Measure Impact and Scale Success: Track the performance of partnerships through KPIs like customer acquisition, activation rates, and user feedback, scaling successful initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Know When to Move On: Lots of partnerships start off with the best intention but quickly go awry or fail to produce results. You’re not married to any one approach or partner, and can curtail efforts quickly where results aren’t forthcoming.
