The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Director to join our team at Arine. As Implementation Director, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of Arine’s solutions for our clients and building the team and processes that successfully implement at scale. You and your team of implementation project managers will be responsible for leading implementation projects end-to-end, with a special emphasis on data integration and clinical configuration to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of leading project management functions that deliver excellent results through complex, multi-month implementations, and has done so with companies that scaled through Series B/C.
What You'll be Doing:
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensure clear project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, engineering, and customer support to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, including clients and executive leadership
Data Integration
- Collaborate with clients and Arine’s data engineers to successfully navigate data integration components of implementation, including ETL set-up
- Conduct data mapping and validation activities, ensuring data quality throughout the integration process
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, working closely with clients and internal technical teams
Clinical Configuration
- Work closely with client and Arine clinical teams to gather clinical requirements and translate them into platform configurations
- Facilitate timely and successful user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure proper system functionality and usability
- Provide configuration guidance to clients during the implementation process
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and met throughout the implementation process
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure implementation requirements are considered during the sales and expansion process
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients through implementation, providing insights and recommendations based on Arine implementation best practices
Team Leadership
- Manage and grow an implementation team that delivers successful, repeatable implementations at scale
- Own and improve Arine’s implementation processes in collaboration with Arine’s Head of Operations and cross-functional stakeholders
Who You Are and What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a leader of project managers or implementation managers in the healthcare or technology industry (start-up and/or enterprise SaaS implementation experience is preferred), with a track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to navigate and resolve implementation challenges
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered
- Understanding of healthcare data standards and experience with data integration methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with the process of SaaS platform configuration is preferred, especially including knowledge of healthcare workflows and terminology
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, start-up environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

The posted range represents the expected base salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The base salary range for this position is: $150,000-170,000/year.

Information Security Roles and Responsibilities:
All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user is responsible to maintain a secure working environment and follow all policies and procedures.
