As a Director of Enterprise Implementations, you will report into our Senior Director of Implementation Management and Customer Success and be pivotal in onboarding our enterprise customers. You will create detailed project plans, partner with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales and Partnerships to drive successful outcomes. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that will require strategic thinking and detailed execution.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive the key implementations of brand programs for embedded finance including credit, debit, and ACH amongst others.
  • Support technical integrations with the help of our engineering and product teams.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of onboarding partners; ensure that internal stakeholders are aligned and key milestones are met.
  • Keeping the brand’s success as our main goal, one of Atelio’s main beliefs.
  • Work with brand partners and internal teams to create detailed implementation plans.
  • Maintain operational and communication cadence to hold all relevant stakeholders accountable and ensure successful delivery of programs.
  • Proactively manage cross-functional teams to establish interdependencies, identify risks and resource constraints, and eliminate significant roadblocks in a timely fashion.
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues as necessary.
  • Drive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Work with key stakeholders internally to create playbooks and a repeatable, scalable implementation process.
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting to senior leadership.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in fintech, Banking-as-a-Service, or financial services company
  • Experience with card issuing in the credit space
  • Deep understanding of Embedded Finance or Banking-as-a-Service
  • Proven ability to develop effective, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies
  • Prior experience with integrating and servicing API-based solutions
  • Familiarity working with sponsor banks, card processors, card networks and card vendors
  • Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical field

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $160,480.00 - $269,610.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
