In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of M365, driving innovation and user adoption while maximizing its potential as a platform for collaboration, productivity, and automation powered by AI capabilities like CoPilot. You will be responsible for shaping the M365 strategy, managing its infrastructure and governance, fostering user adoption, and spearheading efforts to leverage its built-in AI functionalities to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of M365 services, best practices, and a deep commitment to leveraging its potential to drive business value within the food services and retail convenience industries.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive M365 strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Lead the selection, configuration, and deployment of M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform, considering the specific needs of the food services and retail convenience industries.
• Manage and maintain M365 infrastructure, ensuring security, compliance, and ongoing optimization.
• Establish and enforce governance policies for M365 usage, including data security, access control, and user permissions.
• Establish standards for use of Microsoft products by various Aramark personas (with initial focus on frontline associates).
• Champion user adoption by developing training programs, promoting best practices, and driving awareness of M365 capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with business units to identify and implement AI-powered solutions using CoPilot and other M365 features to automate workflows, enhance data analysis, and improve decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest M365 trends, features, and security updates, and continuously evaluate new technologies for potential integration.
• Manage and develop a team of M365 specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and ensuring their technical proficiency.
• Establish governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards for Office 365 usage.
• Ensure data privacy, access controls, and adherence to industry regulations.
