Position Overview: 

We are looking for a thought leader to join the Insulet Global Sustainability Team at an incredibly exciting time for the organization. This position will be responsible for leading our global Health Equity Program. The Director, Health Equity will lead and manage initiatives aimed at reducing health disparities for people with diabetes and promoting health equity within the community, centered on access to technology that provides positive health outcomes.

This role involves strategic planning, program development, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy to promote equitable health outcomes for all populations. As we continue to grow with purpose, sustainability and our social impact is a priority for us. You will apply critical thinking and transformation skills to initiatives that build a strong foundation for the program and will scale as we move to differentiate Insulet with our future sustainability ambitions and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global health equity strategy. 
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of health equity programs. 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to connect health equity opportunities to organizational objectives. 
• Program Management: 
  • Lead the development and execution of health equity initiatives. 
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Use a data driven approach to design effective programs.
