Within Human Health, our Global Oncology Organization is currently recruiting for a Director, Global Oncology Marketing Commercial Operations to join the Global Oncology Strategy and Operations team, reporting to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of Global Oncology budget, including operating expenditures and headcount planning

  • Lead five-year expense and headcount forecast for Global Oncology organization

  • Lead annual tactical planning process across Global Oncology organization

  • Lead development of an Expense and Headcount Scenario Tool

  • Partner with our Manufacturing Division to manage demand planning for our immuno-oncology product and other pipeline assets

  • Serve as commercial lead on I-O Global S&OP, I-O Value Chain Management Team (KVCMT), and CBL for Oncology SKU Management

  • Serve as commercial point on I-O LEAD, supporting label update process across all markets

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree

  • Preferred: Advanced Degree

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 10 years experience in strategic thinking and approaching complex problems with a good balance of structure, curiosity and practicality. It is key to be able to cut through complexity to get to a tangible outcome.

  • Diligence in detail. The ability to not let anything fall between the cracks while driving and evolving critical processes.

  • An ability to direct and collaborate with broad and complex teams of stakeholders—across divisions, functions and geographies.

  • An excellent written / verbal communication and presentation approach to all levels of an organization.

  • A commercial disposition with good base of business acumen and high analytical rigor.

  • A self-starter, loves working on complex, ambiguous, strategic topics and who thrives on engaging and leading broadly across the organization to drive towards tangible outcomes.
